Mr. Brain starring Kimura Takuya as Tsukumo Ryusuke and Ayase Haruka as Yuri Kazune and there are plenty more great japanese actors. The drama is about Tsukumo (Kimura) he was a male hostess till one day part of a building collapsed on him and punctured parts of his brain and he survived but his personality changed and he became some kind of genius.
