My Blueberry ...Candy Cake

Last but not least i found some time to visit "Kingly Court" my favourite brasserie, on the ground floor of a hidden arcade, in Carnaby street, Soho, placed between several sweet and sticky vintage - treasure stores (which i will be describing briefly in following post).

So here I am, sitting in front of my blueberry candy cake, wearing my brand new guitar motif-ed corsage dress from Urban Outfitters, my granny's absolute red Dior lipstick, my beloved yet-not-too-old green H&M coat, my brand new Topshop white leggings featuring red hearts on and my -for-every-occasion- UGGs, ...trying to think of something to write to you (...).

Every time i visit London i promise myself i will not spend more that I can afford. On my departure flight i try to come up with innovative ways to pay my Visa... However, this time i overpassed myself and ....even changed my ticket by exceeding my stay!

...and that, because so many things are happening around noisy, gloomy, -always in a rush- still beloved London; i could not resist. You can check some of the highlights here:

More than 300 of Madonna's items, costumes, photos and goods in the first private worldwide Simply Madonna Exhibition in The Old Truman Brewery, in Eastern London, here/ Hussein Chalayan: From Fashion and Back at St Martins Lane - Pop up exhibition, Design Museum, here/ Hats: An Anthology by Stephen Jones exhibition at Victoria & Albert Museum, here/ London Fashion Week Exhibition, here/ Matt Irwin's 'Punk.Perfect.Awful.' photography exhibition in Cordy House, here

Although going out every day wearing my most inspiring outfits i did not come across The Sartorialist a shooting of whom, is one of my most secret dreams. (I do not want to deal with the possibility him passing by me on the street..) Dear The Sartorialist Sir, are you one or are you many? I imagine you wearing your green lime tuxedo with magenda socks and a matching hat, holding an hyper cool camera whilst entering airports, exiting train stations, and as the moon chases the sun and vice versa you endlessly chasing cool styles around the world :)

I will come up with my London oriented stuff little by little during the following days

Cheers,

Clemmie x
