Is my sister seriously channeling some serious Comme des Garçons vibes here, or is it just me?

Sister is wearing:

• Black harem pants by greek brand Attrattivo (the same style as the ones my sister and me both already have in linen, seen here)
• Gray coat by Bershka (the one I found for her back then)
• Black lace-ups by Clarks, recently bought at an outlet for half the original price. I loved them too, but they only looked good on her skinny legs...
